Overview
LADY 8 is a 95ft performance sailing yacht, built in 2008 by CNB Bordeaux and drawn by naval architect Philippe Briand, with a refit in 2025.
The interior of yacht LADY 8 was designed by Vripack Yachting International with Sophie Campion. Pale maple wood runs across the joinery in the main salon, creating a warm atmosphere throughout. Softened by grey and cream upholstery, the room has a comfortable feel to it and makes the perfect spot for charter guests to gather. Burnt orange cushions on the settees add a strong pop of colour. Long windows run along both sides, so the salon stays bright and connected to the yacht’s beautiful surroundings.
On deck, warm teak runs from bow to stern. The sheltered cockpit sits forward beneath a fixed bimini, arranged around a mahogany table with cushioned seating wrapped around it and navy cushions to lean back on. This is where lunch unfolds, with the coastline sliding past on both sides. Sunpads lie forward of the mast on the coachroof, where charter guests can settle once the sails are set and there is nothing left to do but lie back. At the stern the bathing platform folds down to the water, bringing the sea within a step and an impressive collection of water toys with it.
Summers take LADY 8 north to Norway, where she anchors off red timber villages with the mountains rising straight out of the water, and winters find her in the Caribbean and as far as the Galapagos. Few yachts of her size cover that kind of ground so easily, and fewer still make the passage feel like part of the holiday.
