Measuring 70 feet in length, the motor yacht Bonaparte was built by Burger in 1964. Designed by none other than the renowned team at Sparkman & Stevens, this one-of-a-kind yacht later underwent an extensive refit in 2013, retaining many original features, while incorporating modern amenities.
The interior of Bonaparte is very contemporary, with high-gloss woods, subdued cream furnishings and counters made of a shiny, cool granite everywhere you turn. The grandiose salon resembles a trendy lounge, and has air-conditioning, a sofa, a coffee table and plenty of plush seating throughout. During the day, Bonaparte’s surrounding, panoramic windows flood the salon with ample natural light; while at night, a warm glow shines throughout – giving the yacht a cozy, comfortable feel.
Outside, Bonaparte features a spacious teak deck, giving guests plenty of areas to relax under the warm sun. When you wake up in the morning, walk along the side decks to the foredeck, where you’ll find sun loungers, alfresco dining and an optional Bimini, should you choose to use it. When it’s time for lunch or dinner, head to the shaded aft deck, where custom side enclosures can easily transform the space into formal or casual alfresco dining. Those more active yacht charter guests onboard will appreciate the yacht’s extended swim platform. A gateway into the aquamarine waters, this platform invites kids and adults alike to anchor Bonaparte and go for a swim.
