From its manufacturing facilities in Poole, on the south coast of England, Sunseeker produces some of the world’s most impressive motor yachts.
Powered by a team of 2,000 expert naval architects, engineers, artisans, designers and more, Sunseeker takes pride in its ability to build high-quality fleets that reflect an uncompromising and unmatched approach to design, craftsmanship and performance.
Founded by Robert and John Braithwaite, who set out to create a yacht building company unlike any other on the market today, Sunseeker has become known for its 40- to 155-feet boats; and as a brand, has gained a reputation for setting new standards of excellence for luxury motor yachts.
Using cutting-edge technology and computer-aided design software, Sunseeker’s talented engineers start each new vessel at the virtual drawing board; where they can configure ship interiors, begin construction, experiment with furnishings, play with lighting, and adjust variations of hull shape, length and beam. Prior to delivery, Sunseeker’s skilled workforce of artisans – who handle everything from carpentry, cabinet-making and engineering, to upholstery, metal work, electronics, lamination and more – test and hand-finish all interior fittings at the shipyard’s Technology Centre. As a result of this careful planning and attention, Sunseeker’s impressive fleets are often noted for their film star appeal and upscale comfort, whether at rest or at sea.
