Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show: November 1-5, 2017

Fort Lauderdale, Florida is undoubtedly the “Yachting Capital of the World,” so it makes it the perfect setting for one of the most esteemed yachting events of the season. Following shows in Cannes and Monaco, the 58th Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show will take place from November 1 – 5, 2017 at seven area locations that are easily accessed via land and water.

This annual show is undoubtedly the best yacht show in the Western Hemisphere. Yacht builders, designers and brokers from around the world come with their high performance boats, center consoles, cabin cruisers, flats boats, express cruisers, sailing yachts, motor yachts, jet boats, trawlers, out-of-this-world mega yachts and more. It’s the best time of year to go yacht shopping or explore your charter options for upcoming vacation. Previews are on November 1, and the show is open to the general public from November 2 – 5. A VIP experience is also available.

An extensive selection of vessels will be on display during the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. This includes runabouts, sportfishers, high performance boats, center consoles, cabin cruisers, flats boats, skiffs, express cruisers, sailing yachts, motor yachts, bowriders, catamarans, ski boats, jet boats, trawlers, inflatables, canoes, and extraordinary superyachts. It’s your chance to get up close and personal with some of the world’s most notable yachts.

More Than 1200 Exhibitors

Show exhibits this year include yacht builders and designers to exotic cars and brokerage yachts. Shop for your yachting wardrobe, or hire a designer for your yacht’s interior. Explore your choices for bespoke decor, linens and furnishings. Try the latest, state-of-the-art innovations in boating technology. Learn how to make your yacht more green and efficient. Or meet with the shipbuilders and designers themselves.

7 Locations in the Fort Lauderdale Area

The Fort Lauderdale Boat Show takes place in seven locations across Fort Lauderdale, accessed via a land and water transportation network. Show headquarters are located at the Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach Hotel and Yachting Center. Additional exhibits are located at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center, Las Olas Municipal Marina, Sails Marina, Hall of Fame Marina, the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina, and the Hyatt Regency Pier 66 Marina.

The show’s network of transportation features bus shuttles, water taxis and riverboats, allowing attendees to travel with ease between each location.

Charter Yachts on Display

This is the best opportunity in the U.S. to see some of the charter yachts available through Worldwide Boat. Yachts such as SOVEREIGN by Newcastle Shipyards, VICTORIA DEL MAR by Delta Marine, ALLEGRIA by Harvoort, and FAR FROM IT by Richmond will be on display. Exploring your charter options in person will help you select the perfect one for your next vacation.

Fun and Learning for the Entire Family

The Fort Lauderdale Boat Show offers courses, seminars, art exhibits and more that the entire family can enjoy. The hand-on boating skills courses will teach you everything from basic docking skills to open water boat handling. The Blue Wild Watersports and Marine Art Expo brings together celebrity speakers, water sport experts, artists and photographers in a celebration of the the excitement and beauty that the world’s oceans and waterways have to offer. If you love sportfishing, take part in one of the seminars, or bring the kids to one of the children’s fishing clinics.
