Mykonos Yacht Charters

Explore Mykonos on your luxury yacht charter in Greece

The most cosmopolitan of the Greek islands, Mykonos offers yacht charter guests an escape that is both naturally beautiful and glamorous in style. Named after the grandson of Apollo, Mykonos is believed to have formed from the petrified bodies of giants killed by Hercules.

Attracting young adults, families, and couples alike, the idyllic landscapes and vibrant nature of the island gives it its own special charm. A traditional Cycladic maze, Mykonos is home to its own gems: authentic cubist charms, pink pelicans, long and beautiful beaches, and quaint, tavern-lined streets.

Mykonos Yacht Charters – Things to Do & See

Mykonos Little Venice

Little Venice: Regarded as one of the most romantic places in all of Mykonos, Little Venice is the meeting point of the magical and the majestic; painting an elegant picture of modern-day Greece with its gorgeous seafront homes, inherent charm, whitewashed buildings, sapphire blue waters, and interesting local fare. Spanning from Alevkantra beach to the nearby Kastro area, Little Venice is the desired locale for some of the world’s most acclaimed artists – many of whom feature enchanting images of the town in their paintings today. Further proving its beauty is the fact that Little Venice is one of the most photographed neighborhoods in all of modern Europe.

Windmills: A mainstay in the landscape of Mykonos, the windmills can be seen from any spot on the island. Located in and around Chora and Alevkantra, they are white in color and made of high-quality wood – used historically as a tool to grind the agricultural produce exported to other islands and neighboring countries. More than 100 years old, these windmills do not work today; however, they still stand as a symbol of Mykonos ’ agricultural and productive past. Many of them have since been renovated and turned into museums, like Bonis Windmill, the most well-known of all.

The Church of Panagia Paraportiani: Dedicated to the Virgin Mary, the lovely church of Panagia Paraportiani is situated right near the beginning of the neighborhood of Kastro. Adjacent to the sea, this church is a combination of five smaller churches: Agios Efstathios, Agios Anargyros, Agios Sozon, and Agia Anastasia, with the church of the Virgin Mary on top. Built at different times over the years, between the 14th and 17th centuries, today, the Church of Panagia Paraportiani is one of the most photographed churches from around the world.

Paradise Beach: As the most popular beach in an already popular locale, Paradise Beach, on the island of Mykonos, is home to flat terrain, golden sand, a handful of bars and restaurants, and even a diving center. Its views are incomparable and its visitors are free-spirited – making this beach the perfect place to sit back and have fun during your next escape to the Greek islands.
